Ken Jacobsen

Ken Jacobsen founded CourageWorks, a leadership development and strategic planning firm, in 2006. He previously served as Executive Vice President of a national health insurer, President of a statewide healthcare coalition, and Senior Vice President of an actuarial, benefits, and human resources consulting firm.

He has delivered leadership services to a diverse range of clients, has served as executive coach and consultant to over 100 leaders, and has facilitated numerous growth and development workshops serving thousands of participants.

Mr. Jacobsen obtained his B.A. from Merrimack College in Andover, Massachusetts and completed the acclaimed Executive Program at the University of Michigan. Ken earned a faculty designation with The Secretan Center in Toronto, Canada, a global consulting practice specializing in cultural and leadership transformation.

He is a resident of St. Simons Island.
